I have been making a conscious effort to stop checking Sex drugs and volksmusik shirt by T-shirtat during the hours of 3pm-8pm, as that is when my children need my attention. I view my time to exist from 8am-3pm, so they have a parent who is present after school. I certainly don’t do this perfectly, however reading your post made me think I will be more vigilant. I love how you suggest that making small changes each day is enough because otherwise I feel overwhelmed by the scale of the changes needed. My first change today has been to leave my iPhone where it belongs on the shelf each time while nursing my baby.

Let’s face it–how much could I get done anyways with her popping in and out? Instead, I played with her, or, if she was occupying herself, I did stuff around the house while staying available for quick questions and requests. I found that I was far more even-tempered with her than when I was trying to work on something that I was too distracted to focus on.
